Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our product is a digital item delivered instantly, please read this policy carefully before buying.

Nature of the product

Our product is a downloadable digital PDF. Once it has been delivered/downloaded, it cannot be "returned." As such, all sales are generally final.

When a refund may be issued

• Non-delivery: If you paid but did not receive the product within 24 hours and we are unable to deliver it, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same order, the extra charge(s) will be refunded.
• Accidental/wrong purchase: Contact us within 24 hours of payment and before downloading the file; we will review such requests on a case-by-case basis.

How to request a refund

Email support@devopsprep.in with your order/payment reference and the reason. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations

As delivery is immediate, orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been delivered.
