Shipping & Delivery Policy

DevOps Prep sells digital products only. There is no physical shipping involved.

How delivery works

• After your payment is confirmed by Razorpay, your product (a downloadable PDF) is delivered to the email address you provide at checkout.
• Delivery is typically completed within 1 hour of a successful payment, and in all cases within 24 hours.
• Please ensure your email address is correct, and check your spam/promotions folder if you don't see it.

Delivery charges

As all products are digital, there are no shipping or delivery charges.

Didn't receive your product?

If you have completed payment but have not received your product within 24 hours, please email support@devopsprep.in with your payment reference and we'll deliver it right away.
